Nervozni poštar at Cvetličarna 2026

By accident, I saw Nervozni poštar was coming to Ljubljana, on their tour for their 40th anniversary. Cousin introduced me to their music when I was still a kid. Fadil Šabovič combined the folk singer (Nusret “Nuki” Doličanin) with the guitar (Siniša Cekić “Ceka”). This folk’n’roll had lyris fool of satira and nostalgia. I bought a ticket for 27,5€. I took Uber to Cvetličarna (10€). I got in after 9pm and bought mineral water, 4€. Found myself a spot on top floor with a good view on stage. While we waited for the band, some music from the region was played on speakers.

The band was on stage around 10pm. They opened with “Sarajevo, sladki dome moj”. After “Salko dinamitaš” (my favourite) drummer had a problem with the pedal. Next peak was with “Jugo jugo kuća moja jedina”. My next top block was with “Cirkus Kolorado”, “Nova godina”. The closer we were to the end, the more we had hardcore guitar solos. After “Usamljeni kauboj” and 2 hours, they wanted to end the show. But they still sang 4 songs; Salko, Bosno, Jugo and last Za rastanak kriva si sama (a capella).

Borut was with them on stage as they were saying farewell. I walked to Metelkova, as at Gala hala Lionshine (Žiga) had an event, Basolovka. Spoke a few words with him before continuing toward home.
