Manchester to Barbados 2024
After decent sleep it was slow morning, breakfast and cats. I moved to airport with Mike and Barbara.
Before flight (615 € return flight) with Virgin at noon again security procedures (liquid left in bag) and some waiting. It was time for long flight on A330, almost 9h. Legs space wasok, multimedia hadnew movies and comics for security video.
After we took off neghbours moved and I was left with 4 seats for myself. I had more space then business class :)In general it was great service, 2 meals and inbetween snacks and drinks.
After landing in Bridgetown, Barbados procedures, ATM 200BBD (cca 100€) then catching van to city (5BBD-2 €). A bit of walk in the night (first rat on trip) to Mariner Motel (85 € for 2 nights), average bed, bathroom, AC.
After shower and streching my back on bed it was time to see night life here. I started with beer at Dira’s, 5 BBD.
I met there Fabian & Fabian, locals. They drove me to two more bars (Flash Zone, D’limers den 20BBD entrance). Tired I arrived after midnight to room.
