Parasite (movie)

Yesterday I went again to Dvor theater. This time for the last show of Parasite. The movie certainly didn’t leave me indifferent. It combines genres, from black comedy to drama. It starts slowly and then it picks up the tempo and doesn’t stop until the end. The whole movie holds a really strong social connotation. The symbol of stairs is promoting this message constantly. What left me sad is this feeling you are getting throughout the movie (comic, absurd or sad moments) that when you are from a gutter you are going to stay there even if there are some prospects for a better future.

But when I left the theater I knew I watched something memorable. A few days later 4 Oscars confirmed this.
