Pakse-Siem Reap

We woke at 6 AM after a few hours of sleep. We thought about visiting 4.000 lakes, but some Ozzie said nothing interesting for a day so we changed the plan and took another bus to Siem Reap. Before leaving at 9 AM we went to the shop. Next was a van to the border, but we were left in the middle of nowhere to wait for another van to collect us, bit weird feeling but they came in the end. So when leaving Lao they wanted 2$ for a stamp in the passport.

We as the whole group rebelled and went to the Cambodia side, but they didn’t want to let us in without stamp. I would say they work together. In the end, we had to give in and pay. So after a visa in Cambodia another van to some shop on the way and waiting with beer. So finally last van to Siem Reap. It was raining on the way.

We were let out in front of some hotel. We took a tuk-tuk to Garden Village GH. After settling in we went out for dinner, I had an eel, too many bones and chewy. After we went to bed.
