Vegashi restaurant in Ljubljana
On Friday I left offic early. As it was nice weather and I walked home. I made detour to Borštnikov trg where Vegashi Vegan Fusion restaurant is. They offer soups, vegan sushi, poke bowls, summer rolls, …
I ordered vegetable soup and sushi combo meal and mineral water (11.5 €, discount on Friday 10%, got free drink with it). Meal was ok, creamy sweet pumpkin soup, vege sushi with interesting sauces. I tried soya based and spic one.
Later spoke with owner about name, menu, when they opened … She brought me edamame. Nice experience.
