The Restaurant in Ljubljana
I walked in rain to old town. The Restaurant is also hotel in nice spot in higher price side (Michelin mentioned).
I sat at table by grill so I could see chef prelaring my mel. I ordered Angus beef tagliata, mashed potatoes with creamy spinach, cherry tomato confit and demi-glace (32€). I drank sparkling water.
As I was first customer, grill wasn’t warm enough. So even meat was medium done from outside was a bit dry. I paid 35.5€. It is nice locaton, nice interier but come later in afternoon for full flavour.
