Helsinki to Tallinn
Early in the morning, we arrived at the train station in Tallinn (6:30am).

Quick walk around, circular church in stone is closed, as everything else.

Soon, I found that Mc is the only open thing. I had a menu for 13.5€ and access to the toilet.

I was again out in the cold searching for an open barber shop. Google didn’t help. After more than an hour, I found one owned by Turk, a shave with steam was 25€.

Again out walking, stopped for a green tea, 3.9€.

Now I walked to the Christmas market, had a salmon soup, hot juice, and bread for 11€.

It was time to move to the harbour by tram, 3.3€ with app. At T2, I did a self-check-in. I was there too early, but just in case. Boarding crowd.

Now 2 hours at the sea. On the other side, I walked through the old town. After the phone died, I tried walking to the Hilton hotel, 95€. After half an hour, I gave in and took an Uber, 12€, a local guy helped.

I had now just time to shower and get ready for dinner at Noa Chef’s Hall, a Michelin-starred restaurant. I moved there with another Uber, 7€. On the menu this evening was 7 courses and paired wine. It amounted to 364€ (-50€ already paid with the reservation, 50€ tip). In general nice experience with a seat at the chef’s table, personnel devoted quite some time to me.

Back to the hotel to enjoy rest in a nice bed.
