House Denk – chef Gregor Vračko

It was time for new culinary treat. This year we choose House Denk, Zgornja Kungota. Simon and Julie picked me up around 15:30 from Wine festival in Ljubljana. At Lukovica we met with Gregor, Tea and Tedej in second car.

On artival to restaurant we got nice table set in scandinavian style building with nice garden.

For aperitive I took William schnapps. An amuse-bouche-hors d’oeuvre, had many tasty bites, from tartar to truffles.

7 course experience started with fish and sea food dishes before we moved to meat (deer and beef), finishing with dessert. And we finished with some great desserts in different shapes. All this was acompanied with selected wines.

Everyone was happy with our choice. Meal was 95 € and drinks were 35 € per person. Chef Gregor Vračko escorted us with bottle of white house wine. It was time for my trip to Emirates.
