Cantina Mexicana restaurant

After the movie Bitch with Andreja we went to a restaurant Cantina Mexicana. It is located in Knafel pass and of course, they serve Mexican food. While it was already quite late we were not too hungry and ordered just some finger food; tapas (sticky fingers – fried and marinated chicken slice in bbq sauce, taquitos de camaron – shrimp tail wrapped in a mini crispy tortilla, fried mozzarella stick, fried potatoes with some dip on the side). We shared one crepe – pancake, but it was not what we expected. The bill was 29 € for food and drinks.

Otherwise, they have two locations; one is Knafel pass in the city center and the other is in Supernova mall in Rudnik. You can get here daily lunch option with soup, salad bar, and main dish mainly tortilla options. Good price-performance ratio. As for menu items, I prefer the Tex Mex option, rump steak marinated with dijon mustard. You can choose 3 side dishes and I would choose garlic mash potatoes, jalapenos, and chili salsa.
