Hanoi to Sapa

I arrived at the Chinese border, Lao Cai, and moved to a better bus for the last 45 minutes. Early arrival in Sapa, walked by the lake, sat in a restaurant, beer 20k VND or 0,7€. I tried walking to the village, too far. Visited the cemetery, stopped for a meal for 150k VND or 5,1€. Went to the top of the mountain by cable car. It was like an amusement park, a few pagodas and temples, met two Slovenian girls, rested on a couch, bought a Coke for 30k VND or 1€. Back in the city, walk to Catcat village, payable. I turned the other way, not much to see, had a beer with locals 100+30k VND or 4,4€. Walking back uphill was a challenge. Met UK girls, stopped at shop 60k VND or 2€, selfies with some locals, beer 40k VND or 1,3€. Finally at the station, voucher for ticket, more waiting, beer 20k VND or 0,7€.
