Martinique-St Lucia

I woked up at 6am and walked around town, empty, later it rained and I returned back to room and chilled few hours.

I left for ferry at 11h. At terminal there was big crowd for checkin, people had a lot of luggage. After checkin I went out and bought cigarettes+coke 13€. Before boarding there was duty-free shop, cigarettes (4 times cheaper then outside) and beer 28 €.

On our way with ferry there were big waves. After inital enthusiasm people soon started vomitting and I had a beer. On arrival in St Lucia we spent almost 2h at migration. Tried to help old lady with her bags and almost cracked my back. I took taxi to my accommodation, 25XCD. Owner was out and I waited for 1h outside. Marvey’s Place was a few kilometers out of town, nice room with bathroom and AC, shared kitchen, paid 100€ for 2 nights.

In the evening I went to gas station for a beer and chips, 8XCD. With bus/van I moved to Castries, 2XCD. There I found bar Dax, where people were enjoying country music, beer was 6XCD. I walked uphill back to room, it took me more then one hour, some places were dodgy on my way.
