Le cite is a pizzeria in Nova Gorica. After returning prematurely from a meeting in Italy, hunger griped me just before Nova Gorica. I had time, I had a place to park and recently I read about the place where the best pizza in Nova Gorica is supposed to be. When I got there I decided to sit outside in the garden because the weather was acceptable. Simple chairs and tables on the outside, but beautiful furnishings on the inside with a striking bar and bread oven. The waitress kindly asked about PCT. I ordered cedevita and of course pizza, Crudo de Parma (with prosciutto and rocket).

I was served quickly. I can say that the pizza was rightly praised. The Neapolitan style of the dough was just right baked and it wasn’t soaked in the middle. The ingredients were of quality. After a couple of bites, I added a little Peperoncino. The whole thing was very tasty. I can say that it was the best pizza in the Gorica region, but at the same time it is the only one I had eaten there lately. I paid € 10 for this dish. I was satisfied with the food, the service, the price, so I recommend them myself.
