Gusto italian restaurant Ljubljana

Gusto is a new place across from the main bus station and a few minutes away from my office. After work and before lecture, I went there for a meal.

New interior, I got a seat in one of the booths. On the menu, they have pizzas, salads, and desserts.

I ordered pizza Valtellina (15.9€) with bresaola, pelati San Marzano, fiori di latte, argula, ricotta, semi-dried tomatoes, parmigiano reggiano, olive oil. The dough was fermented for 48 hours, Napoletana style, with good ingredients. I used some spicy olive oil.

I was not finished yet. I had an espresso (1,8€) and tiramisu (5,5€), a big portion but nothing special. Nice addition to pizza options in Ljubljana.
