BODY COUNT feat. Ice T – Križanke – Ljubljana 07.06.2015

After 18 years – Body Count was back in Ljubljana. This time they came to Križanke on theit tour for promoting album Manslaughter, This LA-based rap-metal bend is known bu powerfull music and strong lyrics. They got old in these years and member changed (many died). Also ICE-T was singing Copkiller and had role as cop in New Jack City andsince 2000 he is playing cop in Law and Order?

I was in Tivoli years ago. As student I chose option to sit outside and listen to music for free. It was not same sound quality and not the same atmosphere.

So this time I done the same, went to shop bought 6-pack ans sat on the bench on the outer wall of Križanke. I enjoyed music after few beers went around Križanke, met some familiar faces and after concert moved home. Tickets were 32 €, first on stage were Kreshesh Nepitash at 21h.

An hour later Body count came on stage. Conert was to short just a bit over one hour. They started with Body Count’s in the House and progressed until last Copkiller and few more songs on Encore. Good comunicaton with fans, nice energy, but too short.
