Valvas’or restaurant in Ljubljana
On Friday, I left the office early. I was hungry and I stopped at Valvas’or, a nice Mediterranean high-end restaurant in the old town

Amuze bouche was a brioche with horseradish cream.

Dry-aged beef (350g), roasted baby potatoes, sauteed vegetables, demi-glace sauce. I drank sparkling water. I paid 41€, nice meal.
