Ondori Street Food in Ljubljana

After Ljubljanska vinska pot I walked through old town. As I was hungry I stopped at Ondori Street Food ([email protected], 031 631 895) for quick bite. This place by Ljubljanica named themselves Rooster (jap. Ondori) as it is on Gallus banks and their logo is red origami rooster. I have been there many times but usually for a drink. In this place managed by Alana in Uroš you will find japanese street food like ramen (even vegan option) or snacks like gyoza or edamame. But also poke bowl or kimchi. I decided to take karaage , double-fried boneless marinated chicken thighs (consistent with name of place).

Janko brought soon bowl of hot crispy but stil juicy chicken piceses with mayo dressing. Only thing that keep me from eating to fast was heat of meal. After I ate and paid (9€) I moved on to Levstik.
