Havana-Isla de la Juventud
With night bus we arrived from Camaguey to Havana after 9 hours. There we took another, local bus to Batabano, an additional one hour. There in the port, we bought a ticket for the ferry to Isla de la Juventud. At the security check, we had to leave all sharp objects, bottles, … like we were at the airport.
Talked there to a girl, she had a problem with our names. In Nueva Gerona, we found casa particular. The idea was to find 4x drive and go around the island, while roads are not in the best shape in the south. We tried and there was no car available?
