Dakar’s population is aprrox. 3.5 MIO reflecting a mix of various ethnic groups and cultures.

Buses (colorful car rapides and Dakar Dem), Shared Taxis (sept-places).
Dakar’s culinary scene is a delightful mix of flavors, ie Ceebu jën (chicken/fish with vegies), Accara (black peas fritters), Dibi (grilled lamb), Attaya (sweet tea). You drink here bottled water. Also you can find cheap beer even it is muslim country.
