Gostišče na trgu restoran

On my stop in Novo mesto I took walk around old town and after I got hungry. I searched for place to eat and most of restaurants were closed. Close by was Gostišče na trgu, opened for one more hour, enough for my meal. It is located in Main square (Glavni trg) in medieval buliding with arcade coridor in first floor. Interiror was basic.

I satat one of empty tables and waited few minutes before I even saw waitress. I chose daily menu, beef soup, plate with roasted veal, fried chicken filet, vegetables, sauted potatoes, mixed salad, roulade with marmalade as dessert and some cviček and mineral water (18,7 €).

Veliki obrok, supa je bila topla i finog ukusa, piletina suha i mlaka, teletina OK, desert opet suh. Imao sam osjećaj da nije svježe pripremljeno i da je samo zagrijana hrana. Šteta, ima veliki potencijal s lokacijom, ali bi se trebali poboljšati na mnogo načina.
