Miha was boasting that close to his place, they have the best Neapolitan pizza. Lavrica is not far from my home, so I decided to visit Valerie on Sunday.
In the back, they have a big parking lot and a garden. Inside is also a big place. Originally it wasa pastry shop and they added a pizzeria in 2023.
I ordered pizza with smoked angus beef (yellow tomatoes, mozzarella, gran padana, balsamic dressing, spinach). Dough was napolitan, maybe a bit too puffy. Taste combined well, maybe a bit too sweet with balsamic, I put on some pepperoncino oil to balance.
I paid for pizza, raspberry pie, and Cedevita 26€. In general good experience, but not sure about the best pizza in the region.
