When the band was active, we were just kids. Later in our teenage years, Bijelo dugme didn’t exist anymore. We speculated what if they ever came back, but didn’t hold our breath. It looks like Coca-Cola gave them an offer they couldn’t refuse, and manager Raka Marić helped get them together. When we heard that there would be three comback concerts we bought tickets for Sarajevo (20KM, sold in 10 hours?), home of the band.

We drove with old Opel Vectra, Igor was driving, Sašo sat next to him, Alis and I were in the back. Driving to Sarajevo was an experience on its own. Before the concert, we stopped at Emir and Jasna’s place (PlayStation). The rain stopped before we arrived to stadium.

Entering the stadium, Koševo was full of emotions with more than 60.000 participants. This is their first act after they disbanded in 1989 and their first time in general to have all three singers together on stage. On stage were all band members from different periods except late Ipe Ivandić (Željko Bebek, Alen Islamović, Mladen Vojčić Tifa, Goran Bregović, Zoran Redžić, Milić Vukašinović, Điđi Jankelić, Vlado Pravdić, and Lazo Ristovski). Before they came on stage, on speakers you could here song Kad bi bio Bijelo dugme (by Jutro).

The first block of songs was sung by TIFA (Mladen Vojčić), the second of the band’s singers. Songs were: Lažeš, Za Esmu, Meni se ne spava, Jer kad ostariš, Padaju zvijezde, A i ti me iznevjeri, Nakon svih ovih godina.

The second block of songs was sung by Alen Islamović, the last of the bend singers. Songs were: Meni se ne spava (ponavljanje s Alenom), Lipe cvatu, Sve će to, o mila moja, prekriti ruzmarin, snijeg i šaš, Ha, ha, ha, Pediculis Pubis.

The third block of songs was sung by Željko Bebek, the first of the bend singers. Songs were: Doživjeti stotu, Na zadnjem sjedištu moga auta, Da sam pekar, Selma, Loše vino, Sve ove godine, Ima neka tajna veza, Ne spavaj mala moja muzika dok svira. “I missed this for twenty years… I didn’t believe we would ever return,” said 60-year-old Bebek, visibly emotional. After the song “Tajna veza”, Bregović also addressed the audience: “If anyone asks you if you were at the concert, say yes. That we were there and that they were there and that we sang some old songs.”

The fourth block of songs was the acoustic version sung by all. Songs were: Šta bi dao da si na mom mjestu, Te noći kad me stignu potjere, Sanjao sam noćas da te nemam.

Similar was on BIS. Songs were: Hajdemo u planine, Đurđevdan, Lipe cvatu (repriza), Ružica si bila.

The whole concert was around 3 hours. There were minor problems with sound, Bregović had problems with playing a few songs. Ethno-Bulgarian solists, Orkestar za svadbe i sahrane, and klapa Nostalgija were unnecessary (Bregović). One of the cathartic nights for the city of Sarajevo. Fans of different ages could enjoy songs they grew up with. Definitely memorable concert. Later, they had a concert in Zagreb and Belgrade as part of this mini tour (live album). After the tour, just 3 singers collaborated. In the end band was together without Bebek until their 50. year anniversary finishing tour in preiod 2024-2026.
