Woke up early, not rested enough. I packed for todays tour around few islands (111€). Outside it was raining a bit. I walked to Paradis island, crossing huge bridge. As I got close to meeting point I got message trip was delayed by 1 hour. I wnt to shop, cigarettes were 16.5 usd! I was hungry so I found Wendy’s and ordered a breakfast for 10$.
Complicated ordering process. I arrived to Jimmy Buffett’s Margaritaville named after song. I ordered beer (9$) while I waited for a boat, some more rain. On our boat was group of some 20 people, mostly from cruise ship and 5 crew members. We first stopped at snorkeling spot, got equipment (swimming with life jacket).
Nothing to exciting some fish like sergant, grouper, butterfly and corrals. We got a glass of cocktail with rum. Next stop was at Green Cay were we saw some turtles. Last stop was at Rose island, on privat beach. We got some food (grilled chicken, rice, salad, bread). We relaxed on beach, I got beer 7$ and rum 4$.Before returning to boat we fed swimming pigs.
On return we passed villas from MJ, Beyonce, … In marine I lexed before returning to hostel. There was interesting crowd (Germany, USA, Italy, Poland) on terrace. They had some rum, so Iwent to liquor store to bring some drinks from my side. Google was wrong, after 15 minuts walk no shop. Some local drove me further to fancy liquor shop, beer was 3$ (27). On my long walk back I found barber shop, 15$. Nice chat on terrace. In the evening with few people I went to Green parrot, I had there cocktail, tequila some fries (50$). We played 4 in line. We returned to hostel, final shot. Most people went to beed. Italian returned and suggested night club Cheetah lounge (20$ entrance, beer 7$, cigarettes 12$)… Nothing special there. Spent a lot of money and returned to room around 4am.
