Again, no sleep, shower packing (forgot lock and cap). Went out to get cab to airport, sat in wrong one, in front couple fight. But I arrived to airport on time (40$). On airport big crowd in checkin lin (not possible online), also later at security. Finally on airplane, 2.5 hours, 800km. Nothing special on flight with Bahamasair on Boeing 737‑700, 274€.
On arrival walk to Terminal, there was some problems with filling form online. On exit someone was waiting for me, took me to my guide for that day (350$). He picked me at airport, drove me to fort and palac, stopped for lunchand ended at hotel. For intro, chaos on Cap Haitien flooded roads. When we arrived bellow moutain with fort I got on motorbike, driving few km uphill on rocky road. Last km was on horse, not great for my back. On top big fort (closed), nice views, some facts from guide. It started to rain, we hide under small roof with few other people on the top. I walked down to motorbike. Driving down hill was terrifing, it was pouring rain.
We stopped just to put phone and passport in bag and continued. One of more scary experiences. In rain I just checked palace from far. I was back in car, we drove to restaurant were I changed. I ate spicy chicken and rice again, some fried platanas. We drove through city again, looking outside you owuld think you are in Africa. Some from hotel came to drove me up hill. Hotel had great view from garden, room was good enough. I had a beer 3$ nad cigarettes 4$ awful. Service look uninterested. During night outside I heard some shots, but we had security with guns?
