We arrived at 8 am at Vigan. Meat market was a sight. I visited old town with pedestrian zone. Tried daquiri with mango for 180php or 3€.
Another crossing it, agrred on tricycle transport to beach and back, 400 php or 6.4€, phone charging, waiting, police, souveniers.
At beach some walking, burnt soles. Back in town ate enpanada and okeya, 140 php or 2.2€. Walked in hot sun to bus station, burnt. There I sat, slept, water and cigarette 240php or 4€, boarded first, 3 hours modest ride to Laoag for 180php or 3€.
There was not much to see, church, bell tower, city hall. Went to Mc, fried chicken, rice and sauce. Found bar with help, no electricity, 80 php or 1.3€ per beer.
Owner arranged tricycle for 200 php or3.2€. It is small airport but functional. Flight to Manila was ok, Philippine airlines, 26€, wing seat, cookies, nice view of Manila lights.
